1. PRICING POLICY
At THVM.com our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings on merchandise at promotional prices. While we try ensure that our prices are as accurate as possible, our prices may differ from out stockists. All transactions are conducted in USD; for additional fees/exchange rates pelase contact your credit card carrier.
2. SALES TAX
A sales tax of 9% is applied to orders shipped within the state of California.
All domestic and international shipments are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of order placement. THVM is not liable for customs and duties charges incurred on international shipments.
Typically once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you have placed an order and would like to try canceling it, please email@example.com.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THESE STEPS ARE NOT FOLLOWED WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED.
Returns can be made up to 10 business days following the customer's receipt of the order. To make a return:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "THVM ATTN: RETURNS" followed by your order number, and in the body of the email please state which items you would like to return.
2. We will request a call tag which will be followed by return shipping documents from our warehouse. (return shipping documents are only provided in domestic orders because we do not return international items) tape your document to the outside of the package(s) you wish to return.
3. On the outside of the package please write "THVM.COM | ATTN: RETURNS" so that we can easily identify which department the package(s) needs to be sent. Please drop your labeled package at your nearest Fed Ex location.

Exchanges can be made for goods of equal or greater value (those of greater value will be charged the difference). Please email@example.com following the returns and refunds guidelines shown above with the item(s) you would like to exchange. Exchanges can only be made within 20 days of receipt of the order; if you would like to conduct an exchange outside of the aforementioned 20 days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your situation. All domestic exchanges are free. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
